Sweet Spiced Pecan Crumble
Great sprinkled over iceceam or your favourite dessert. Mix with marscapone and fill a pastry case for an instant tart filling or sprinkle on muffin or cake batter before baking.
Sweet Spiced Fruit Crumble:
Mix 200g of Sweet Pecan Crumble with 75g of soft unsalted butter with fingertips until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs, sprinkle this over 2 cups of stewed fruit. Bake at 180oC for approx. 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with cream or ice-cream.
